Experience built on responsibility.
ZassCo is a founder-led performance studio. It is run by Niklas, who brings years of leadership experience across international retail and operations organisations.
His career includes roles at PVH – home to Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein – and Birkenstock, building experience in operational management, transformation, performance and scalable organisational structures.
Today, he brings that experience directly to client engagements: personally, collaboratively and with an uncompromising focus on execution. ZassCo is intentionally lean, with direct ownership and no unnecessary layers.
